Trendaryo exists to shrink choice, not to widen surveillance. The same rule that keeps the shelf small keeps this policy honest: if a data point doesn't buy you anything, we don't collect it. What follows is the complete ledger - every category we hold, why it exists and when it leaves.
The short version
- We collect only what an order or an account needs to work - nothing speculative.
- We never sell or rent your data, and the shelf has no paid placements to sell either.
- Your cart, wishlist and recently-viewed live in your browser - the server first sees your cart when you press Pay.
- Access, correction, export and deletion: one email to privacy@trendaryo.com, answered within 30 days.
- Marketing email is opt-in and switches off in one click - order confirmations always come through.
The data ledger
Six categories, one table. If a field isn't on this list, we don't collect it - and if one of these stops earning its place, it leaves the list, exactly like a product that loses its standing leaves the shelf.

Local-first, by design
Most of what this site "remembers" about you never leaves your browser. The shop page calls these rails your own history - here is exactly where that history lives and which feature reads it.
Your cart
The cart dock, the shop page and checkout read this key locally. The server first sees your cart at the moment you press Pay - not a second before.

Powers the "Continue where you left off" rail on the shop page. A capped list of product IDs - names, images and prices are looked up fresh on every visit.

These aren't aspirations - they're constraints the business model is built around. If a future feature required breaking one of them, the feature would be dropped, not the promise.
Sell or rent your data
No data brokerage, no "trusted partners", no exceptions. Products are the business; data is not.
Take money for placement
The shelf has zero paid placements, so there is nothing your data could be sold to influence - the ranking is rating � review volume, and that's all it can ever be.
Follow you across the web
No advertising cookies, no social pixels, no cross-site identifiers. What you browse on other sites is your business.
Keep secrets from you
Every storage key is named and explained on the Cookie Policy page - including the ones that only hold demo data.
How the ledger is protected
Four layers, each doing a job the layer above can't. The same "numbers or it didn't happen" energy the shelf applies to products, applied to your data.
The retention schedule
Every category from the ledger has an expiry date. The clock starts when the data is created - not when you last logged in.
The order record is created and payment metadata is stored alongside it. Your receipt email goes out within minutes.
Cart and search-history keys are wiped from your browser. Nothing was on our servers to begin with.
Sign-in telemetry (IP + timestamp) is aggregated beyond recognition. What's left can't point back to you.
Chat and email threads are deleted unless they're tied to an open return or warranty claim.
The tax law that required us to keep orders finally lets go. The record is anonymised, then erased.

Every right below is exercised the same way: one email to privacy@trendaryo.com from your registered address. No forms, no fees, no dark patterns - a human answers within 30 days, usually far sooner.

Get a full copy of everything tied to your email address.
