We stand behind the quality of our products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Step 1: Contact our support team at returns@trendaryo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
Step 4: Drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Step 5: Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item! Follow the same return process and mention you'd like an exchange. We'll ship your replacement item as soon as we receive your return.
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping charges.
Return shipping is FREE for US customers - we provide a prepaid label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
