- Prices are in USD. If we misprice a product badly, we tell you straight and you can cancel free.

Who we are
A shortlist store: a deliberately small catalogue that is re-checked on every visit. The legal entity behind it is as short as the catalogue.

What this store is - and isn't

Descriptions, as good as the data
We describe products as accurately as the manufacturer's specification allows, and pull listings we can't stand behind. If you receive something that doesn't match its page, the 30-day policy applies in full.
A live catalogue
Prices and stock are re-checked on every visit and can change between visits. The price and stock shown at the moment you check out are the ones that count - never an earlier page.
Curation, not advertising
Listing order is rating � review volume. There are no paid placements, so "sponsored" is not a thing you'll ever need to discount mentally.
Eligibility & accounts
Order as an adult, or with a parent or guardian who takes the order. Minors browsing is fine; checking out is not.
An account is never required. Creating one just adds order history, saved addresses and a faster repeat checkout - about 30 seconds on the registration page.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials private and for the activity on your account. Tell us fast if something looks wrong.
Addresses and contact info must be real - carriers deliver to what you type. We can suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse of promotions.
How an order forms - and when it binds
Four moments, one contract. The moment that counts is marked.
Browsing, shortlisting and filling the cart owe nobody anything. Your cart lives in your browser until you check out.
At checkout you submit an address and a payment method. That's an offer to buy - we can still decline it (see the price-error rule below).
The moment it lands, we're bound: it lists your order number, items, prices and delivery window. The 30-day return clock starts at delivery, not at this email.
Orders are packed within 24 hours on business days and tracking activates as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Payment
Pay your way
Major cards at checkout, cash on delivery where available. Every method is shown with its total before you confirm - the checkout total is the final total.
Encrypted end to end
Checkout runs over TLS 1.2+ with 256-bit encryption. The padlock in your address bar is doing real work.
We never store card numbers
Card details go straight to the payment processor. Our order record keeps the brand, the last four digits and the status - enough for receipts and refunds, nothing more.
Refunds return to source
Whatever the reason, a refund goes back to the original payment method - see the refund policy for the exact timing.

Returns & refunds

From delivery, on any unused item in its original packaging with all accessories. Change of mind counts - no interrogation required.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay, and a prepaid label lands in your email within 24 hours. Change of mind: you pay, and a tracked service is recommended.
Your return is inspected within 2 business days of arriving at the warehouse. Approval is the norm; if there's an issue, we contact you with photos and reasoning.
Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of a passed inspection, with an email the moment it's processed.
Promotions & codes
10% off your first order, one per customer, shown at checkout before you pay. It doesn't stack with other codes and can't be applied retroactively.
The shop page only shows reductions where the old price was genuinely charged and listed - the "verified reductions" section is computed from the catalogue, not invented for the banner.
We can end or amend a promotion with notice on this page. Orders already confirmed keep their price - the contract from Section 04 doesn't reopen.

Acceptable use
A shortlist store only works if its signals are real. These rules protect the ranking you rely on.
No bulk scraping
Browsing freely: yes. Harvesting the catalogue with automated tools, or reselling access to it: no. Ask first - some uses are fine with permission.
No fake orders or reviews
Reviews feed the ranking directly - faking them poisons the shelf for everyone. We remove fake reviews and suspend the accounts behind them.
No interference
No attacking the site, probing for vulnerabilities without disclosure, or disrupting other customers' checkout. Responsible disclosure of a security issue is always welcome and never punished.
No unauthorised reselling
Buying the shelf to flip it elsewhere undermines the curation. Reseller partnerships exist - the affiliate program is the honest way to earn from Trendaryo.
Intellectual property
The site
The Trendaryo name, logo, design system and copy belong to Trendaryo LLC or its licensors. Product photography and manufacturer specs belong to their owners and are used by permission.
Your reviews
Your reviews stay yours. Posting one grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it on this store - nothing more. Delete your account and the licence ends.
Disclaimers & liability
Every item is authentic, carries the manufacturer warranty listed on its page, and matches its description. Nothing on the shelf is refurbished stock sold as new.
We keep the store online and fast, but no service can promise 100% uptime. Maintenance windows and carrier delays happen; if one hits your order, the delivery promise shifts by the same amount.
Where the law allows, our total liability for any order is capped at the value of that order. Nothing here excludes liability we can't exclude by law.
Consumer rights under mandatory law - yours wherever you live - always override anything on this page. These terms add clarity; they never subtract rights.
